Initial telehealth visit will go over medical history, current medications, lab work, current lifestyle, semaglutide education, goals, plan of care, and any questions or concerns you may have. Your initial vial of medication will typically last 6-7 weeks.
*The cost of $400 includes your virtual visit, medication, shipping, and supplies
Virtual follow-up visits every 4-8 weeks to discuss medication tolerance, side effects, dose adjustments, and any concerns. Medication refills/adjustments will be made at follow-up visits.
*The cost of $350 includes your virtual visit, medication, shipping, and supplies
Lab work required at initial visit and then every 3-6 months.
*If you have the required labs (within the last 6 months) from elsewhere you can send your results and avoid the lab fee of $65
